Vi
har erfaret at
den nye måde at
logge på har
givet problemer
for
enkelte brugere. Derfor
kommer vi med lidt
tips og tricks her.
1.
Du kan stadigt se
Race Media NETTV på
alle de sædvanlige
platforme
PC,
Mac, Mobil, iPad Tv.
2.
Det kræver dog at
du har instaleret en
mailkonto med den
samme
mailkonto som du har
brugt da abonnementet
blev oprettet.
3.
Har du skiftet
mailadresse kan du
sende en mail til os
med den nye adresse
- så retter vi det
med det samme.
4.
Når du har logget på
kan du lukke NETTV
vinduet ned
og gå over i dit
mailprogram.Tryk på
linket du lige har fået
tilsendt.
Bemærk gør du det
ikke inden for 2
minutter
skal du logge på
igen og få tilsendt
en ny mail.
Når
du trykker på
linket åbner NETTV
kanalen og du er
logget på.
5.
Hvis du ikke kan
trykke på linket
der er tilsendt skal
du kopiere det
ved at holde
museknappen nede og
trække den henover
hele linket.
Herefter skal du vælge
at kopiere det og
bagefter skal du sætte
det ind
i adressefeltet øverst i
et nye
browservindue.
6.
Giver det stadigt
problemer er du
altid velkommen til

mail, SMS eller

IMPORTANT
INFO FOR ALL OUR
USERS.
Unfortunately,
we can see that
the new way of
logging on
has caused
problems for
individual users.
That's why we come
up with some tips
and tricks here.
1. You can still watch Race Media NETTV on all the usual platforms
PC, Mac, Mobile, iPad TV, etc
2. However, it requires that you have installed an email account
with the same email account that you used thenthe subscription was created.
3. If you have changed your email address, you can send us an email with
the new address - and we will correct it immediately.
4. When you have logged in, you can close the NETTV window
and switch to your mail program. Click on the link you just received.
Note, if you do not do this within 2 minutes,
you must log in again and receive a new email.
When you click on the link, the NETTV channel opens and you are logged in.
5. If you cannot click on the link that has been sent, you must copy it
by holding down the mouse button and dragging it over the entire link.
After that, choose to copy it and then paste it into the address bar
at the top of a new browser window.
6. If it still causes problems, you are always welcome to contact us
